You can contact CT Support for all your CT EasyNav issues by mail via support@charttrack.com.
Please be as descriptive as possible describing the issue, preferably with a screenshot clearly showing the issue or error message.
The CT EasyNav installation zip file contains documentation on Installing & Licensing, release notes and the full user manual.
Minimum system requirements
- Operating system: Recommended Windows 10 Service Pack 1 or later.
- CPU: 2 GHz processor or faster
- Memory: Recommended 4Gb RAM
- Hard drive: Recommended 20Gb free disk space
- Media: USB 2.0
- Screen resolution: 1024x768 pixels
EasyNav is limited to installation on 1 computer and will not allow server installation.
